An Open Letter to Lush

Dear Lush,
I love your store, and your amazing products. There are several I can't live without, namely Big Shampoo and Ocean Salt. So, when I recently ran out of my supply of both of them, I stopped by your store to restock.

I'm not sure what kind of sales goals or bonus structure you have going on in the store, but I felt like I was at a used car lot. The salesperson was relentless, from cutting a $14 piece of conditioner bar for me when I asked for a tiny sliver to try out, to pressuring me to buy a gift set (can I add one of these to your purchase?). The experience was very uncomfortable and I'm not eager to visit your store again.

Is it worth it?
